Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy – Dhivarashi Global
This Return & Refund Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer (“You”, “Customer”) and Dhivarashi Global (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) upon placing an order on www.dhivarashi.com.
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms mentioned below.
1. No Automatic Right to Return
Dhivarashi Global does not offer unconditional, no-questions-asked, or automatic returns. All return requests are subject to prior approval and shall be processed solely at the discretion of Dhivarashi Global.
2. Strict Return Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be unused, unworn, untried, and unopened.
- Original packaging, seals, tags, and contents must be fully intact.
- Return request must be raised within 3 (three) calendar days from delivery.
- The product must be in resalable condition as determined solely by Dhivarashi Global.
3. Mandatory Return Request & Image Verification
To initiate a return request, the customer must email us at:

The email must include:
- Order ID / Order Number
- Registered name and contact details
- Clear, unedited images showing the product in original, sealed packaging
4. Absolute Right to Approve or Reject Returns
Dhivarashi Global reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any return request, decide on reverse pickup, or require self-shipping. All decisions shall be final and non-contestable.
5. Mandatory Return Handling Deduction
If a return is approved, a non-refundable flat ₹200 shall be deducted towards return handling, reverse logistics, inspection, and processing costs.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are initiated only after physical receipt and inspection.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
7. Freebies / Complimentary Items
If an order includes any freebie, gift, or complimentary item:
- The same return conditions apply to freebies.
- Freebies must be returned unused and in original intact packaging.
- If any freebie is missing, opened, used, or damaged, the entire return may be rejected or its value deducted.
8. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Requests raised after 3 days
- Orders with missing freebies
Due to the nature of spiritual, healing, and personal-use products, once opened, the product is deemed accepted and final.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
