Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective from: 20 November 2025. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you purchase from Dhivarashi.
This Policy applies to Dhivarashi Global, a proprietorship firm registered in the State of Haryana, India, operating under the brand name Dhivarashi.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy governs the dispatch, transit, and delivery of products ordered from our official website and any other Dhivarashi approved channels.
It must be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy and any other policy referenced on our platforms.
2. Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing cycle. Processing includes order verification, product selection, quality checks, packaging and, where applicable, spiritual energising.
Standard processing time is generally between 1 to 4 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Processing time can vary based on:
- Order volume and peak seasons
- Availability of specific products or combinations
- Operational or logistic constraints
The indicated processing time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Dhivarashi reserves the right to extend processing time in reasonable circumstances.
3. Shipping Partners and Use of Shiprocket
Dhivarashi uses Shiprocket and its associated courier partners as the primary logistics solution for pick up, transit and delivery of orders.
By placing an order, you agree to shipment through Shiprocket and its partnered courier companies and accept their operational procedures, routing decisions and delivery practices.
Once an order is handed over to Shiprocket or a courier partner, the shipment is under the custody of the logistics provider until delivery or return to origin.
4. Shipping Locations and Charges
At present, Dhivarashi primarily ships within India to serviceable pin codes covered by Shiprocket and its courier partners.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and may depend on:
- Delivery location and pin code
- Order weight and volumetric dimensions
- Promotional offers or free shipping eligibility
Dhivarashi reserves the right to update shipping charges, serviceable areas and delivery options at any time, without prior notice.
5. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are approximate and based on courier estimates. Actual delivery time may vary depending on:
- Destination city or locality
- Courtier network connectivity and seasonal load
- Operational, regulatory or weather-related disruptions
Dhivarashi does not guarantee delivery within a fixed number of days. Delays attributable to courier operations or external circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation beyond what is provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking details are generally shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through your account dashboard, as available.
Tracking events and shipment status are updated by the respective courier partners integrated through Shiprocket. Dhivarashi relies on this data and is not responsible for delays or gaps in status updates.
7. Address Accuracy and Non-Delivery
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including house or flat details, building name, landmark, correct pin code and an active mobile number.
Dhivarashi shall not be liable for non-delivery, delays, or returns due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Unreachable or switched-off contact number
- Repeated customer unavailability during delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the shipment at the time of delivery
In such cases, if the shipment is returned to origin, reverse shipping charges, handling fees and any applicable penalties may be deducted from any refundable amount, if eligible, as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Return to Origin (RTO)
A shipment may be marked as Return to Origin by the courier for reasons including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or unserviceable address
- Customer not contactable or unavailable
- Refusal to accept the shipment
- Failure to pay, if Cash on Delivery is applicable
In RTO cases, Dhivarashi may deduct forward and reverse shipping charges, handling fees and other applicable costs from any amount that may be considered for refund, subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. In some cases, no refund may be due.
9. Damaged, Tampered or Open Parcels
Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the parcel appears visibly tampered, open or severely damaged, and to inform Dhivarashi immediately with photographs and details.
If the parcel is accepted, any claim relating to physical damage, missing items or wrong product must be supported by:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded from the time the outer package is first opened
- Photographs of the package, product and shipping label
All such claims are subject to internal verification and courier policies. Dhivarashi reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on available evidence.
10. Cash on Delivery (if available)
Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, it is strictly subject to area availability, courier discretion and Dhivarashi risk assessment.
Repeated COD refusals, fake addresses or misuse may lead to:
- Blocking COD facility for the customer
- Requiring prepaid orders only for future purchases
- Recovery of losses, where appropriate
11. Transfer of Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon handover of the shipment by Dhivarashi to Shiprocket or its courier partners.
Title in the products passes to the customer upon full payment receipt and dispatch of the order, subject to applicable law.
12. Delivery Delays and Force Majeure
Dhivarashi shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery or partial delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, accidents or weather conditions
- Lockdowns, governmental restrictions or regulatory actions
- Strikes, riots, civil disturbances or transport disruptions
- System failures or operational interruptions at courier or logistics partners
In such events, reasonable efforts shall be made to dispatch or redeliver the order, but no claim for compensation shall arise solely due to delay.
13. Changes to Shipping and Delivery Policy
Dhivarashi Global reserves the right to modify, update or revise this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time, without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Dhivarashi platforms or placement of new orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
