Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective from: 20 November 2025 · This policy governs all orders placed on Dhivarashi and its official platforms.
Applicable to Dhivarashi Global, a proprietorship firm registered in the State of Haryana, India.
1 Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
Orders once placed are processed, packed and, where applicable, spiritually energized in a scheduled workflow. Therefore, cancellation is limited and subject to company discretion.
- Once an order is processed, packed, energized or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Requests for cancellation made before processing may be considered, solely at the discretion of Dhivarashi Global.
- If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be made after deducting applicable payment gateway fees, administrative charges and handling costs.
Dhivarashi Global reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request without assigning any reason.
2 Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it is treated as a confirmed sale.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch, under any circumstances.
- If the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, or the shipment is returned undelivered, Dhivarashi Global may, at its discretion, deduct:
- Forward shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Packing and handling fees
3 Returns & Refunds (General Policy)
Due to the sacred and personal-energy nature of our spiritual products, returns and refunds are highly restricted.
Dhivarashi Global does not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Personal belief, faith-based expectations or subjective dissatisfaction with perceived results.
- Preferences regarding size, fit, colour variation, or aesthetic appearance.
- Astrological or spiritual outcomes not aligning with personal expectations.
All such orders are considered final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Received
In rare cases of physical damage in transit, incorrect product dispatch or missing item(s), Dhivarashi Global may consider a replacement or suitable resolution after verification.
To qualify for review:
- A complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel is mandatory as evidence.
- The product must be unused, unworn and in its original packing with all tags and accessories.
Subject to verification, Dhivarashi Global may provide one of the following, at its sole discretion:
- Replacement of the product (preferred solution), or
- Store credit for future purchases, or
- Partial or full refund, where replacement is not possible.
The nature of resolution and eligibility for refund or replacement will be decided exclusively by Dhivarashi Global after internal review.
5 No Guarantee of Spiritual, Astrological or Medical Outcomes
All products are sold as spiritual and wellness tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
- No claims are made regarding guaranteed outcomes relating to health, wealth, relationships or life events.
- Results, if any, depend on multiple factors including personal faith, belief, karmic factors and life circumstances.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that purchases are made with full understanding of this disclaimer and without any assurance of specific results.
6 Non-Returnable Product Categories
For hygiene, authenticity and spiritual reasons, the following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Energized and ritualised spiritual items.
- Rudraksha, gemstones, crystals and spiritual bracelets.
- Custom-made, size-specific or personalised products.
- Products that have been worn, altered, resized or tampered with.
- Bulk, corporate or wholesale orders.
7 Refund Mode & Timeline
Where a refund is approved by Dhivarashi Global:
- Refund will be initiated only to the original mode of payment.
- Applicable deductions may include payment gateway charges, courier charges (forward and reverse), COD fees and handling/processing fees.
- Refund processing can take approximately 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Dhivarashi Global shall not be liable for delays attributable to banks, payment gateways or third-party financial intermediaries.
8 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Dhivarashi Global for any clarification before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
- In cases of unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks, Dhivarashi Global reserves the right to submit all supporting documentation to the payment gateway/bank.
- The company may also seek legal remedies, including recovery of costs incurred due to such disputes.
- Dhivarashi Global may restrict or block future orders from customers involved in abusive dispute behaviour.
9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy, or any transaction with Dhivarashi Global, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhiwani, Haryana (India).
