1. General No-Return Policy

All products sold by Dhivarashi Global are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except under the limited conditional exception described below.

2. Limited Exception – Conditional Evaluation

In rare cases, Dhivarashi Global may evaluate a return request strictly at its sole discretion, provided all the following conditions are met:

• Product must be unpacked but unused
• Product must be unworn, unsealed, and untampered
• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Clear images of product and packaging must be shared
• Request must be sent only to contact@dhivarashi.com

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of return or refund.

3. Evaluation & Decision

All return requests are internally reviewed. Dhivarashi Global reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any request. The decision shall be final and binding.

4. Refund Terms (If Approved)

• A flat ₹200 deduction will be applied towards shipping and handling costs
• Remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refund timelines depend on banks and payment gateways

5. Non-Eligible Cases

• Used, worn, sealed, damaged, or altered products
• Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
• Requests without image proof
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Expectation or belief-based dissatisfaction
